Just to add a DP: I was able to match my Caesars Diamond at the Park MGM rewards desk on January 28 this year. Seems like they cut it off starting February?

Lucky you. As of February 1, MGM is only matching Caesars Rewards Diamond to Pearl.

Pearl is pretty much worthless unless you're trying to upgrade to Gold. The MGM credit card is an automatic Pearl status so that's decent for VIP check-in and avoiding long waiting lines. Except the food is so expensive now so I don't even go to the buffet anymore. I'm an "advantage gambler" and go to Walmart instead!🤣

If you go to Atlantic City, Borgata's buffet isn't that great but it's a really good value at $12.50 in reward points.
