My reward credits were wiped out at some point. They were supposed to expire in April or May but I'm at zero now.

So you're saying your RC's expired before the expiration date? Would be the first I've seen and heard of. FYI, RC's expire after 6 months of inactivity, unlike most programs where it's 1 year. If your RCs are indeed set to not expire till April or May then you should just contact them. I've found it to be easiest contacting via email through their website at https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask_first. Good luck!

IMO they should extend all expiration dates by at least 6 months. EDIT, it seems the new information says RCs are good until at least September 1. Mine were set to expire April 4 and I renewed them via a survey. My wife's are set to expire in May and I'll also extend hers so we don't have any issues. |

To be clear he said no Reward credits will expire WHILE THEY ARE CLOSED.
IMO they should extend all expiration dates by at least 6 months. My Reward Credits are due to expire. Is Caesars Rewards extending the expiration date? All scheduled Reward Credit expirations have been paused until at least September 1, 2020. |

From the FAQs:Caesars Rewards Questions:
My Reward Credits are due to expire. Is Caesars Rewards extending the expiration date? All scheduled Reward Credit expirations have been paused until at least September 1, 2020. Great news but that's not what he said in the interview ( go to 2:30 and listen) and until I did a survey last night my RCs were set to expire April 4 per what my login showed. |
(I have no point to make, this is just conversational: )
My Caesars host for LV called me a week ago -- besides sending me email invites for special events etc. he also calls me several times throughout the year, sometimes for events, sometimes just to remind me he exists I think :D (usually when making reservations we handle everything through email). So I usually let his calls just go to voicemail, but given COVID I answered last week to see how he was doing, if they had any ideas on when things might open up again etc. but mostly just to chat. Coincidentally, my Harrah's Reno host just texted me even though it has been literally years since I set foot on that property (have been going to Harrah's/Harvey's Tahoe instead) but he too has ping me maybe twice a year or so just to stay on the radar (I don't mind). I asked him if he would transfer to Tahoe given the Harrah's Reno sale and he said pre-COVID he had options, now not so sure, but for now just staying at home like everyone else :-/ Meanwhile exactly zero of my Mlife hosts have called me... not that it really matters, I tend to prefer the Mlife properties when I'm in LV, so this isn't going to affect my future patterns, but interesting to note :) |

I imagine the hosts don't have much to do right now. Did they have any insight on when things would reopen? I wonder if the Mlife hosts are on furlough?

Wonder if that's driven by logistical concerns or financial ones? Are lower-end casinos more profitable than upscale ones? I could see that being the case.

Not sure of their source.

This is now in the FAQ on caesars.com as well as an extension of tier status through January 2022. RCs are only extended through September at the moment. I can earn RCs through the Visa card so that doesn't impact me but for those without that card I can't imagine they will allow RCs to expire that soon.
Agreed. Can maybe see them extending it a little further out sine they extended tier statutes already till 2022. But then again, RCs are a liability for them just like any other travel program point accumulations. So they may just let it be. As a tip, for those that have RCs expiring around the extension deadline and can't make a trip out to extend it. There's a few methods for extending it. Their Caesars Visa, Caesars Marketplace, and slot app purchases. Easiest method, which doesn't cost anything besides a little time, is Say and Play surveys. Just fill out the requested info. I just ran through it and selected whatever was most convenient, as I had no intentions of actually doing their surveys. When asked and available, just select a survey. Even if you don't qualify or get selected to fill out the survey, you'll receive 5 RCs just for attempting to participate, which gets deposited into your Caesars account in a few days or a week, can't recall exact time frame. But those 5RCs will bump your extension by another 6 months. |

Has anyone seen their tier status update based on the new level requirements?
Mine is still showing my old status. I thought it was going to update the week of May 18. EDIT: Right after I posted this I received an email welcoming me to the next tier. Still not showing in my online account. |
Nothing has changed on my account. I'm still diamond through 1/21 and my RCs expire in late July. I'm gold in mlife and that expires 9/30.
I'm actually toying with the idea of going to Vegas for July 4 just because I'm going stir crazy. I don't think it'll be too risky though I'm not so sure about AC. |
Not sure if this is systemwide but Harrah's Louisiana Downs is advertising 5X tier and 5X reward credit multipliers for the entire month of June.

There's also some very nice promos coming in for both markets as well. Visa GC/Amazon GC/Free play in Vegas and large FP in Tahoe. |
I'm going "out on a limb" and guessing the LAS June 5X offer will be repeated in July.:p
If AC reopens around July 4 as is rumored, I would expect to see 10X there; pre shutdown, 5X in AC was the "norm"--but not for an entire month, most mid-weekdays and some weekends were X days.. |
is the 5x in Las Vegas targeted or for everyone? I haven't seen it clearly stated anywhere.
