Is No Comps a TR Diamond Standard?
I qualified 18 months ago via Diamond in a Day but went on to earn the requisite points per calendar year for Diamond and am 400 points shy of the 11000 needed this year to requalify.
I have never received an offer from any Caesars Group hotel. I have had 2 3 day stays at Caesars Palace this year which were complimentary when booked on the Total Rewards website but it seems anyone who has ever put a dime in a slot machine gets that sort of comp. Both these stays I reserved an Augustus Tower Room but was downgraded at check-in to a Forum Tower room which seems to be the lowest category of room available. I also qualified as M-life Platinum last year and MGM Grand and NY NY have sent me offers with suite/limo transfers/$750 free play/Full F+B covered. Is next to nothing standard for Total Rewards? |
