So it's now $99 to cancel and get your miles back... but free if you added the bundle. I did this recently when the price went down on an award ticket. I cancelled my reservation and got my miles back automatically... minus the miles I had spent on the bundle. Which I kind of thought I would get back, too, but I didn't. I asked a chat agent who said they submitted a refund request on my behalf but I never heard anything more. It was only 2500 miles for the bundle and I saved a lot more by rebooking so I didn't bother pursuing it further.
