In the continuing saga that is Frontier IT, I just booked on the regular website 2 roundtrips with no hiccups. My birthday is still off by a day in my profile. On the seat maps for both trips I booked, I am still seeing charges for 4 seats near the exit row, while all of the other seats are free. But when I made my Stretch seat selections, it actually advanced to the bags and payment screens instead of telling me "Error, unable to complete booking" like earlier this week.

My profile, unlike posters upthread, does not list my Elite status as being good through 2023. It still expires at the end of 2022 for me. My miles and future trips are correct, but where it says "Miles until next Elite status" I am stuck on zero. Never mind that I have 21,000 miles this year.

So in a nutshell, it sounds like Frontier has addressed the most pressing matters: being able to book easily and also being able to check in (and get precheck, for some). But there is still a lot of work to be done. I want to just fire off an email missive about the ongoing problems, but whoever reads it won't be able to do anything about it, so why bother?

Yeah, states flown to all gone, tail graphs gone, elite qualifying miles round to zero, family pool no longer working correctly, and I can no longer book for a reservation to get 100K elite.

The only fix that I found so far:
Un-check primary user
manually type my 100K account into flyer #2, and then the 100K elite benefits would be recognized.

Very stupid and incompetent.

As a 100K, I was able to book some tickets for myself and my wife yesterday without a glitch. Yay! My b-day displayed correctly in the personal details when I booked.

BTW, this will be my first int'l flight on Frontier. Anything weird I should know about their int'l flights? Are they capable of issuing online boarding passes for such flights?

My status expiration is still showing as the end of this year. Boo!

No, but some folks have said that their status expiration has been "magically" extended.

Just logged in and checked my profile, and what do you know, my birthday is now correct.

I am still missing mileage credit for ATL-LAS on Oct 19 and still waiting for F9 to take the 20k mile donation from my account and give me the 20k status miles.
But 1 item at a time I guess.

Hopefully they dont do another system update for many years........................

Yeah, all seems to be right (or as close to right as it gets) in the Frontier world. My birthdate is now also displaying correctly in my profile (still in a grayed out box, but whatever) and the system today correctly processed my check in and I received precheck.

You might want to submit an inquiry on your mileage donation. When I did, Rep said there was no record of my donation. Luckily I took a screen shot as proof and provided it Friday. No response since.

My 20k elite miles posted today from 20k rdm donation. Same for a friend of mine. Hopefully everyone who donated gets their 20k elite miles soon.

Just a couple of data points...

I booked a flight for New Year's weekend for my brother and I on the website. He has PreCheck and the booking page took his Known Traveler Number information with no problem. This was with me logged in to my Discount Den account. My birthday has been correct on the booking page throughout this whole ordeal, but like others my correct birthday only now shows in my profile.

Frustratingly, however, my profile page still shows that I'm 20,000 miles away from my next Elite tier. I am 50,000 for the remainder of this year, and have over 21,000 this calendar year towards 2023. Yet my Elite status expires at the end of 2022, according to my profile. If Frontier actually had good, reliable IT I could be convinced that they just mean my current 50,000 Elite status expires then. But they don't, and I can't.

I am really hoping that there is a miles multiplier at some point, but I'm not too hopeful. It would be a nice bit of reciprocity for all of the issues we've faced since the system "maintenance" of last week.
