I noticed it earlier, today, when I read the following note at bottom of homepage:

Get STRETCH @ booking
Now you can add STRETCH seating when you book, even on Economy!
The STRETCH seating page was updated to reflect availability at time of booking. Unfortunately, for a customer who did not purchase at time of booking, it means a phone call to upgrade. Hope that the new website will enable this functionality, as well as being able to just change seats.
