online flight search
RE: frontierairlines.com
It seems odd when browsing flights you cannot make a change without starting over. If you want to adjust a date or a city, the only options are “start over” or “new search.” Neither of these are user-friendly. A “change search” option is standard on nearly every travel website. It lists your current criteria and allows you to simply change whichever piece you want without having to enter everything again. |
There are plenty of items that need improvement on the Frontier site. The one you mention is just the start of a long list.

I agree with you Airplanegeek. It drives me nuts.

The airline industry clearly thinks that websites are of no importance. There is no airline forum that does not think their website is the worst possible. And they are correct. The airline websites are horrible.

I noticed that one can now go back, during a flight search, and dates are retained; only the origin and destination must be re-entered. ^
