Refund of baggage fees for canceled ticket
I prepaid for a carry on round trip- $60. It now looks like I'm going to have to cancel my travel plans. The airfare portion of the ticket was only $58 so it is not worth it to pay $99 to keep the value of the ticket. Am I able to be refunded for my taxes and baggage fees?
