VIRGIN AMERICA “Plane Pitch” Sweepstakes

Eligibility: The Virgin America #PlanePitch Contest (the "Promotion") is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America or the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Virgin America Inc., HereOnBiz, Inc., Gogo, LLC and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of the same household (whether or not related), are not eligible. Individuals who meet the above requirements are referred to as "Eligible Entrants."

How To Enter: ENTRY: At the beginning of each Entry Period, Eligible Entrants can simply go to www.planepitch.biz and using the forms on that page provide their ideal dream business seatmate along with their perfect plane pitch in 140 characters or less using hashtag #PlanePitch. Each tweet published to Twitter and publicly viewable with this information and using hashtag #PlanePitch will qualify as an entry (the "Submission").

The Submission must be the entrant's own original words, must be primarily in English, and must not contain any material that:

- violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights;
- depicts nudity or is indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
- promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
- promotes any illegal activities or any other activity that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
- promotes any particular political agenda or message;
- is unlawful or violates the laws in any state where the Submission is created; or
- relates to lotteries, gambling, tobacco, alcohol or drugs.

Entry Periods: The Promotion consists of six (6) entry periods for the weekly winners (each an "Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below:

Entry Limit: Limited to one entry per person per Twitter account per Entry Period. Any attempt by any entrant to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, social media accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entry and that entrant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. Potential Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to use the same email address.

One Weekly Winner will win the following.

One Grand Prize Winner will win the following and are valid through 12/31/14.
Approximate retail value: $4,950.

- Six Main Cabin Select roundtrip flights anywhere on Virgin America's domestic network. Other restrictions (like blackout dates) may apply and will be determined at the Sponsor's discretion.

Winner Determination and Notification: One weekly winner will be selected from among all Submissions meeting the entry requirements received from Eligible Entrants during each Entry Period (each a "Winner"). One Grand Prize winner will be selected from all Submissions meeting the entry requirements received from Eligible Entrants during the Promotion Period (a "Grand Prize Winner").

A panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the top Submission from among all eligible Submissions. Submissions will be judged based on the following criteria:

- Creativity/originality (50%)
- Fit to Contest Theme of providing entrants ideal dream business seatmate along with their perfect plane pitch in 140 characters or less using hashtag #PlanePitch (50%)

In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the highest Fit to Contest Theme score for the respective Submission type will be deemed the winner.

Each week there will be one Winner selected and prize awarded.

Decisions of the judges are final and binding. Only Winners will be notified. Entrants will not be notified if their Submission is disqualified or if their Submission does not win.

The potential Winners will be notified by being tweeted from @VirginAmerica or via Direct Message on Twitter (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) provided at the time of entry on or around the third (3rd) day after applicable Entry Period ("Weekly Prize Notification"). The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by Direct Message on Twitter (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) provided at the time of entry on or around March 27, 2014 ("Prize Notification").
