Best AY LH deal in J?
Hey,
I need to do a MR this year, I will go anywhere where AY flies me (but not to India), I will start everywhere where AY starts in Europe, but I m looking for prices as close as possible to 1000€/RT ticket. Are there any offers going on (I did not find any, also I have the impression that AY rises the longhaul J prices from most of the "cheap" cities).
Any tips? As said I go everywhere except India (this should be a 10 - 14 days VACATION)

Here's what I've sniffed from the Finnair Offers pages from the different originating countries. Green tab shows lowest price per row. All sniffed within the last week.
Austria-HKG is obviously a mistake (but on their site, not my software...)

Yep, ex TLL it s even better - but I ve been over a 100 times in that city and I did way over 50RT on AY J - so this is maybe less desirable the Delhi (for me).
Havana, Hoh Chi Minh or Seoul sounding good. I hoped more for ORD, SFO or LAX.

What a great chart! Do you update it regularly? I might send you a PM next time I’m looking at Longhaul J tickets...
Btw, didn’t AY stop flying to GOI?

Updates daily, unless AY's website manages to block the request by our "botnet". They use Distil to ban people trying to scrape anything off the site, this is one of the reasons why I only look at the offers. Also, searching all kinds of possible combinations for flights is tedious and matrix does it way better!

Very interesting chart, liking that price for ICN ex-Austria!
EDIT: Closer observation shows that this might be a mistake with AY Austria IT, similar to the HKG price.

Last year London to Bangkok flights with Finnair business was £1400-1600 and this year more like £2000 and no any offers.
I have chosen other airline(Qatar) for my 3-4 Bangkok business flights this year even I won't be renewing my platinum

Prague to HKG is at 1400 euros on multiple dates, including over New Year. One routing is via CKG with continuation to HKG via Cathat. Possibility to mix two cities in one vacation ?

CKG is not too bad. Very nice hot pot if you are inclined to the spicy stuff. Chongqing chicken is nice too (do not eat the peppers)
Nice views down-town, with river cutting through the rock making steep hillsides.
Decent Hilton downtown near subway.
English proficiency low and the further you get from centre, the less they are used to foreigners and you may get the stare (like in country side)
Transfer airport-city can take very long time, something to think about if you only do a quick stopover. Ask @remymartin about how to miss your flight from CKG (two days in a row). Hilarious story.
