No Jerusalem artichokes as it reads on the menu card, but artichokes. Tasted OK, but what else to expect of pasta onboard? Why on earth they have to put mushrooms everywhere!?? Service also on this flight was good and quite quick with low passenger loads. Surprisingly part of the crew (for instance purser) were Swedish, so not everyone at Airpro are Finnish! No plat-talk even on this flight, but it looks like they still carry some of those better pillows onboard, as we both had those placed on our seats. |

I feel sorry for the people who went for the “Indian” option, aka yellow erasers. Dessert mousse, as no apple tarts were loaded. Second service, avocado pasta. Inedible and I wasn’t the only one. I had oatmeal. Quality and presentation is what we used to have in Y some 5 years ago. Crew was nice and sorry. |
How long they going to serve these same few dishes in business class ?

Its like the miniscule selection on the IFE its great for those who fly 1 time a year but not those who fly weekly...

Unfortunately I don't have access to Plaza Premium. But 10 Finnair business class meals more this month and would like to get something else for a while
Its really sad that they seem to think they can charge a premium price for service at this level... I hope to be proved wrong but I guess only time will show. |
Didnt AY invest in big catering facility at HEL some years back? Or was it some other facility?
