I mentioned that Matthew was the only one who did so in my first post.

Of course we all know the real reason bloggers don't want to cover this. Don't give us the "I'm insulted you suggest bloggers are like that..." Of course it makes the credit card signing bonuses a lot less attractive. No worries though, everyone in the newspaper's real estate section does the same thing.

If it happened to my own flights and I experienced it first hand I might want to write it up, but why would I trawl through a forum filled with rumors to cobble together a story that has no pertinence to me? |

Because I don't see it as pervasive/significant enough to be worth my time. I thought I made that clear in my initial reply.
Not at all. And, quite frankly, that you imply such is insulting. Nope. I rather look at it as a mystery novel. You read the first chapter of the crime of the canceled CA tickets, and want to keep on reading to find out who the dastardly villain is. Sherlock Holmes worked on a number of mundane sounding cases. Is it incompetence from UA? CA? Some nefarious plot to free up CA F space? (And my comments on your recent problems were not a dig at all, or any type of attack on you, but a serious question about why you might not be pursuing it.) |
