I'm wondering why CCC don't raise the bonus and advertise on their own channels. |
The banks do advertise in a variety of channels: print media, TV, direct mail, etc. But I noticed that the banks also solicit their customers for referrals. I think the value of the blogs to the banks is that they serve to provide a "personal" recommendation that attracts new customers.
