Transit in TPE and checking in an extra bag
I have a connecting flight in TPE and its over 13 hours. I know that I can enter Taiwan but now trying to buy a suitcase in TPE and get it checked in at TPE. I already would have one checked in bag from BKK. Would anyone know if this is possible?

If your baggage allowance allows it then its no problem, they just add it to your passenger details and link the bar code to your ticket.

Yes I am entitled to 3 and I have only 1.

I reckon you will have no trouble, plus in general the staff at TPE tend to be very helpful.
