They have such tight flight times because they choose the cheapest slots at outstations and they need to space out the North American arrivals. You will see BR's weird timings, such as a 00:05 SFO departure. Why? Because SFO slots are cheaper the moment the clock strikes midnight. They only shell out when they have to. I have been checking BR007 and the OTP also appears to be horrific. I have an immediate connection at TPE.
This flight also usually uses the "A" gates at SFO with no airside *A lounge.
Sigh. I might have picked the wrong airline for this trip.

BR7 has one of the worst OTPs in the system. SFO ATC traffic flow restriction, coupled with shortage of loaders, and the policy of not leaving anyone behind always holds it back.
