Authentic Belgrade experiences
Anyone have recommendations/thoughts on authentic (read: not touristy) restaurants, bars, splavs in Beograd? I'll be there for 3 days in September and would appreciate pointers from anyone who's recently been there.

Your question/request is a bit vague: what sort of food would you prefer? What sort of place would you consider? Are you willing to travel outside the city centre? I (and surely others) will then be able to give you a few tips.
