Confirmed, and as expected: LHR to be just the first Etihad Premium Lounge (ie outstation, non-AUH) to be rebranded as The House and operated under by No1.
In a statement issued to media, Etihad Airways described The House initiative as offering an "exclusive and improved ground experience for the airline’s eligible guests at key locations outside Abu Dhabi, starting with London Heathrow" and noted "the scope of the new lounge brand may be expanded to include other lounges."

(Also, we're told there will be no extra-special treatment for The Residence guests at LHR T1 The House.)

That's gonna hurt. To pay all that money for privacy only to sit in a lounge with other people. But I imagine the same occurs at SYD for P pax. But at least they will have VIP ground services.

Sounds like it could become a very crowded lounge, indeed. Hopefully, "subject to availability" doesn't mean "if there is a single free seat"

Spoke with No1 Lounges last night, they said The Residence room at LHR T4's Etihad Premium Lounge The House will be open to travellers booked into The Residence on EY A380 flights, implied it would not otherwise be made available to No1 The House guests, were uncertain about if f&b offering might vary compared to the rest of the lounge - am hoping to hear back on this and a few other queries.

A mate who flew P on the first ex SYD flight said they roped off an area of the main lounge and he had a dedicated chef to cook what he requested.
i date day this will be what happens when they change the other ports that don’t have a dedicated room for P pax.

Apparently, he is deaf. As are the rest of senior "management" team Also, bear in mind that they won't do anything without asking a *cough* "consultant" first. Dumber & dumber (I speak as an ex-"big four" consultant)

SYD and MEL to be rebranded soon. Apparently SYD to get 50% more space but I can't possibly imagine from where https://www.ausbt.com.au/etihad-s-sy...tm_source=hero

CAPSE: “The House” at London Heathrow’s Terminal 4
Etihad Airways has launched a new airport lounge brand of "The House" in partnership with No1 Lounges at London Heathrow's Terminal 4. The previous lounge is also rebranded.
And next year, new lounge areas, bar, dining room, and reading room, as well as upgraded showers and prayer rooms will be added.
"The House" is available to both First and Business Class travelers of Etihad Airways, and to those travelling in The Residence for free. The Gold and Platinum members of Etihad Guest frequent flyer program, and First and Business Class travelers ticketed on codeshare partner services are also eligible.
Also, Economy class passengers will be able to pay for access. By the way, the lounge will also open to the premium passengers of some other airlines, subject to availability, and passengers of other airlines can pay for use.
"The House" of Etihad Airways
CAPSE, an independent third-party civil aviation service evaluation institution in China.
