EY Elite - 50% or 100% bonus?

Checking my statement online, I have noticed the following:

AUH - MXP EY0081 /L [Flight no. EY0081] 2896 2896
Gold Tier Bonus [Flight no. EY0081] 1448 0
Gold Elite Tier Bonus [Flight no. EY0081] 1448 0

MXP - AUH EY0082 /V [Flight no. EY0082] 2896 2896
Gold Elite Tier Bonus [Flight no. EY0082] 1448 0

i.e. on my latest flight I received both a Gold Tier Bonus AND a Gold Elite Tier Bonus; on previous flights I have received a Gold Elite bonus only.

I remember a previous poster in here referring to 100% Gold Elite Tier Bonuses, but I can't find any reference to this in the online literature.

Does anyone have any more info on this?

Hi

I was the one that post 100%, bcoz I got this on my flights after I hit Elite. But as you IM very confuse over this aswell bcoz it doesnt say anywhere specific in the program.

I also wonder this , is say that Gold and Elite get a xtra 50% when we fly Pear Class , does is mean ex :

LHR - AUH

Regular : 3400 Normal + 1700 J
Gold 50% for Pearl + 1700
Gold Miles : 1700
Elite Miles : 1700
-----------------------------------------
Total : 10.200
-----------------------------------------

Is this the correct calculating ? Bcoz IM very confuse when is says under the Gold / Elite that u earning extra 50% on Pearl and extra 100% on First .

I have the same experience after reaching Gold Elite, but I believe this is an IT system error.
Their web-page clearly states that tier-miles is the same for Gold and Gold Elite:

...but hopefully it takes some months for them to fix this :-)

I just hope they don't fix it before I do a lot of flying in the next 2-3 months.

Would it kill them to have a 75% mileage bonus or 100% mileage bonus for gold elite? There is not much difference in Gold/Gold Elite right now.

Agree. There is basically no extra benefit for the Gold Elite, except the First class lounge in AUH.
