The suites are really good. You get a mattress, duvet and blanket, an additional amenity kit, Emirates writing set and basket of chocolate goodies. I am not sure if they are same on all routes but the seats in row 1A were not fully lay flat. Flew to DBX - NY in row 1 and also not fully lay flat. Returned in row 2 and no problem.

I flew EK 418 DXB-AKL in September and received PJ, amenity kit, slippers and "personal towel" in a plastic bag from DXB. Passengers joining in BKK received the same items. Passengers joining in SYD received only the slippers.
