Is this fair compensation
I recently flew EK Business class from LHR to DXB and encountered the following issues on the outbound flight
1. Limo did not turn up so I had to get my selfto LHR 2. Seat was broken (did not recline) 3. ICE did not work on my seat EK wrote back and gave me half of the fare back (around £569) and offered a return upgrade next time I fly Can you let me know if you think this is fair |

If you look at it like this:)your next trip to DXB will cost you 500someting for first class. Wish I was in your shoes. Enjoy |
Sounds pretty fair to me. I assume your return DXB-LHR flight was OK?

Sounds extremely generous to me.
I had a problem with seat recline / ICE on one of my flights but luckily rebooting twice fixed the problem -- as long as I didn't use the control consol to recline the seat. I had to use one of the three buttons on the armrest, otherwise the whole ICE system would crash. Lots of moving parts in the seats nowadays. |
