Smile Emerites excellence

My wife and I travelled to Sydney from London last February and returned March. We were in Y class both legs.Everything went smoothly from the car that picked us up to the great seats ,We flew in Boeing 200 and Boeing 300 ER
We were upgraded to first from Sydney to Bangkok ,They even sat us together for that leg asking another pasenger to move for us.
alltogether excellent service from an airline I had never flown with before but will again.

Looking at the OP's posts from around the time, it looks like they were in Business rather than economy.
