If you want the middle, I would recommend row 2 over 3 as row 3 is the last middle row and is close to the galley so the noise may be annoying. I try to avoid rows 3 and 4 whether I'm in the middle or in a window as they are too close to the galley. And the middle suites are E and F, not E and K. K is a window seat.

Boeing 777/300ER and A340-300

Hi

I'm 1.95 meter tall and want to know which seats have more space to stretch my legs in Economy Class.

I already reserved in the Bulkhead, but I don't know if other seats have more space to stretch my legs.

Also, has the Bulkhead on these plane got screens like the other seats to watch movies?

Thanks a lot

Weird as the bulkhead seats are under 'airport control' for families with bassinet. Seats are slightly tighter than other Y seats as the screen and table are in the rigid armrest.

1.95m I would go for exit rows...

My experience of this is actually pretty mixed - I'm often able to reserve bulkhead seats on an A380 without any problem. Exit row seats, i.e. A-C / H-K is a different matter.

Even on the 777, your should be able to allocate the center bulkhead seats....

I've currently got a leg in Y later this year on the A380. I can see Rows 45, 54, 67 and 82 (centre), and Rows 52 (outside) available for pre selection. All of these are bulkheads with bassinets.

You'll get a warning that you may be moved if you try to pick any of these.

772LR economy

Hello,

I'll be traveling DXB-SEA early December, the flight is operated by a 777-200LR. Unfortunately the only window seats left at the time of booking were row 25A/K. This is the last row in the front economy cabin, right in front of the restroom. Seatguru indicates that this row may have limited recline - does anyone have any opinions about this row?

I'm going to try to score an exit seat at the airport - any tips on how to ask for them? Do they usually just give them out on request without too much trouble? Can I do this at my originating airport for my flight into DXB or only after I land at DXB?

Thanks!

It might interest nobody other than my goodself but, if it was possible to ensure that I always could have seat 6K, all my flights in J to and fro OZ would be on the 777.

I'm flying SEA-DXB-HKG on the 777-300ER in J and trying to decide between an aisle/window pair in row 7 and one in row 8. Any preferences? From what I've read row 7 has the advantage of being in the "mini cabin" but is missing windows. Row 8 has no seat in front of it so may feel more spacious. Which row will be less disrupted by galley noise and bathroom traffic?
