Socks and Earplugs in First?

Just flew from BKK to DXB in F today and am connecting to ORD in F tomorrow.

Does Emirates provide socks along with the pajamas in First? On my flight, none were provided either with the pajamas or in the amenity kit. Seems a pretty standard item to provide, so I'd be surprised if they don't.

Also, what about earplugs? Also not in the amenity kit, nor with the eyeshade I was provided. I could (should) have asked, but was already settled when I realized the A380 cabin was a bit loud.

Thanks!

Socks and eyeshades may be in separate package.

Earplugs ... if you mean the cabin was loud due to talk/cutlery then earplugs wont really help much, they're better for cutting ambient engine noise which is pretty low in F on an A380!

You can get earplugs even in Y, so you can absolutely get them in F.

Socks and eyeshades will be available if not already at your seat.

Socks are not proactively at your seat. Can be requested.

If you are a frequent flyer on EK you can have them put requests in your profile and they will be at your seat on boarding.

It was probably the lower ambient noise on the A380 that made the talk/cutlery more noticeable. That said, they do, in my experience, nicely cut all noise. Next flight is a 777, so more ambient noise to drown out talking and cutlery.

One way or the other, all of this is available so you should ask if you don't have it already at your seat/in your amenity bag.

In F they normally provide slippers ...... But, if you want socks just ask for it !! I asked for some ear plugs last time because i'm sensitive to air pressure during take off and landing.
