EK416 SYD upgraded to the 380, effective Nov 4
NCE was upgraded to A380 for the summer but is now back to 777 and using very old airframes. Pre-summer NCE was predominantly served with Gamechanger 777’s, so my hope is NCE will get the Gamechanger again from Nov 4… |

Guess this frees up a couple of Gamechanger 777’s without new F (EPV-EQG). Any news on where these will be deployed?

F on EK41/42 will cost a pretty penny.
Availability closer to the flight date might become an issue. |

Why would it be different from the other LHR flights? As far as I know, EK does not charge a premium for the ‘game changer’ product. And checking for a random date early November, there are ‘A’ bucket seats available (A being F Flex which is the cheapest F bucket).

This means EK229 SEA and EK209 ATH-EWR won`t get the EPV-EQG anymore.

Noticed the new flight to Heathrow EK41 and EK42 are in their game changer. Have a flight booked next year in First and noticed the seating arrangements have been changed. Very happy with that.

Curios as to when EK systems will start to reflect the different seat configuration..... specifically EK235 ORD I have a Feb '24 DXB-ORD flight in F.... but when looking at MMB, it still shows the 2 row 1-2-1 configuration. Would it be safe to assume if I am in a window seat in the 1-2-1 configuration, that I'll remain in a window seat in the 6F configured as 1-1-1 ???

Any ideas on when we'll see routes for February? Trying to grab a seat on one of the game changers.

EK41 - LHR EK65 - STN EK67 - STN EK83 - GVA EK89 - GVA EK181 - BRU EK183 - BRU EK231 - IAD EK312 - HND This schedule should be fairly safe through March. Of course equipment swaps do occur from time to time, so this isn't a guarantee. They are also regularly scheduled on: EK819 - RUH EK853 - KWI EK855 - KWI But the schedules for these are too complex and often change. |
