Website issues
anyone else experiencing issues with the website? Trying to book CD. Once I enter MMB, I encounter “sorry there is a technical issue”.

Strangely for the past few days I have not been asked for a CAPTCHA (or whatever that stuff is called). Just username and password. |

Yes, same thing here. Cant get into MMB. Error on the 'phone app as well.

Smart gate problems at DXB T3 both arriving and departing. |

Someone's messed up an update somewhere! It took me 3 days of hard work with EK app and website for me to make a reservation. And I noticed that there was resignation as to the smart gates all not working on arrival in T3 and very slow on departure . |
