cleared cookies, cleared the wifi network connection, off/on again.... but didn't try private browsing! one for next time.

However, my password wouldn't have worked, so wouldn't have got me anywhere anyway.

After a few minutes of annoyance, I quickly accepted no phone access - peaceful! (or maybe the DP was just kicking in!)

I got caught out by that. I logged in with the free 20mb initially, but then there's no way of signing in. I checked with the Purser who said that a few people had been complaining, but they'd not found a way around it.
