Nothing visible on the What's on your flight page at the moment.
Just a "We're sorry" error page.

There was also a week where wine showed when you clicked on the seatmap, food when you clicked on wine etc.

Looks like the EK website has some serious issues.

Previously the page showed P2 for my first ever EK flight later this month, hopefully it's still there when the website is fixed!

Oh yes, the EK website often has serious issues. EK is good at many things, but their IT is ‘patchy’ to say the least. To be honest, I yet have to find an airline that’s good at IT. But I digress:
If you go to the website, don’t use Manage My Booking, but use the third tab on the homepage, which is called ‘what’s on your flight’. Don’t log in, just enter flight number or route and date. It wil then give you a page with all flights which correspond to your input, you then select the class of service and you get what you are after. Just tried it a few minutes ago (using Safari as the browser) and it worked. It usually does for me.
Good luck!

That's what I was using! You're right though, airline IT is worryingly terrible in general.
As long as the resources are funneled towards IT safety systems though I can live without knowing my wine list ;)

I'm flying from LHR to DXB in the miidle of December in F. Looking at the wine list it is very heavy on whites with 6 (including the P2). Only two reds are listed and both also on the J list. Looking at tomorrows flight it is much the same ( 7 whites and 3 reds) apart from the Ch Langrange 2006 which is the only 'F exclusive' red on the list. Not particulary bothered but it just seems unusual.

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to the ‘forecast’ wine list, often not corresponding to what you’ll get on board. You should expect at least 2 reds and 2 whites that are not offered in Business, and the latter ones on your wine list.

Happy to see that Chateau Margaux 2004 is on my next EK flight, AMS - DXB, a few bottles of that will help the flight go reasonably well....!

Hopeful that makes it onto either STN or HND by next month :)

The Margaux 2004 was in the F lounge near gate C23 yesterday. I may have had a glass or four.

Good to know - I’ll go on a hunt for it when I’m there next week!

Had that one on board two years ago. After very thorough sampling I decided it was great!

Oh shoot. I just checked my DXB-LAX flight and they took the Eisele off of the list. And the replacements look nowhere close to that level. I hope they’re holding something back.

Rundosrun Nov 27, 2019 7:25 pm

Yeah I just flew DXB-YYZ and they removed the Eisele and had zero vintages - second long distance in a row that week in First with no vintage.

No Eisele but I’m sure plenty of other vintage reds...

batmandds Nov 27, 2019 9:12 pm

Vintage reds yes but the list looks more like an EK J wine list for reds. It’s well below what I’ve had the last 5-6 years of being lucky enough to fly F. But I’ll definitely enjoy the P2 and Paradis. In the past EK has showcased some great cult wines from Napa on their SFO and LAX routes.
