That's a shame...can I ask which route?
BUT ! I later asked the supervisor,, who double check, and found the graal. So it was just a lack of communication between crew. |

Hi all, I’m a newbie to Emirates, having converted from BA. I flew J last year and loved it so much I booked a trip in F to Tokyo this year. Anyway, my flights to and from DXB from STN show Dom 2008 as the champagne, but my DXB to NRT legs are showing Moet Imperial Brut. Is this right?! I don’t mean to sound entitled, but I was hoping for Dom for all legs! Thank you. |

Thank you. It’s September. Will NRT be the new suites? I know STN will. |

Might be slightly OTT but fellow alcoholics will be interested to note that Tourists to DXB can legally buy alcohol from.the liquor shops in Dubai. You apparently still need a license but that's free and you can apply at the shop itself.

Champagne in J
A newbie question here as someone who has rarely flown in J and only once before on EK five years ago. This month's menus/wine lists for EK164/163 DUB/DXB show no champagne listed in J,while my onward flight to SYD shows Moët. Does this actually mean there will be no champagne on the Dublin flights and I will have to wait until the lounge in DXB to enjoy some bubbly? |
