I am flying F ex-CPT next week to HKG, no Dom P2 2000 showing on any of the wine lists, does this indicate I’m out of luck or will it be placed on routes randomly?

I wonder if EK will be opening up the board offerings to other LVMH brands soon. Would love to see some Dom Ruinart or Krug on board. Also Ardbeg, but I imagine the aroma of an open bottle of Ardbeg would put a number of pax off their food (I love it though).
