What are the Bus Gate Numbers at DXB?
 

I have been searching but cannot find out which gate numbers are bus departures, for an Emirates flight from Dubai.

Are there any in the "A" concourse or are they all in "B" and "C"?

iFly.com has a the gate numbers well documented.
