JNB isn't easy to upgrade most of the time either. Heavy loads in J and F generally, though I've had flights with just 2 pax in F - though usually it's more like 5 or 6 on average.

Luckily F for us ex-CPT isn't too harsh , however recently it has really gone up along with J fares , to the point i have made a switch to QR to LHR next year !

Relatively good for the CPT segment , but pretty bad for a EK network point of view, seems you and ft101 are the only ones to have any luck.
