Website problems
Again. Trying to access my Skywards account but every time I try to move from page to page I get returned to the log-in screen. Not had this issue before and wondered if it is a general problem.

I noticed it last night but I'm used to EK IT so never even thought it unusual.

I had something similar last week. It was adamant that my FF# / password combo was wrong, then eventually let me in, then crashed. Been okay this week...

Been having the same problems over the past few days. Website keeps asking me to log in (again) when I move from page to page. Very irritating. I was using Firefox but noticed not quite as bad on Safari.

Thanks, at least it isn't my settings. Hopefully it will improve at some point....

If you are experiencing issues try emptying your browser cache.

Now working normally again. Daughter set for some lounge access on her way to Thailand next year ^

Just now: I logged in and clicked the red "Manage an Existing Booking" option from the list on the right hand side. Was offered just a "enter your booking reference and name" rather than having my upcoming trip already populated (as it was last week). But if I click "Manage" from the top menu, the drop-down box has my upcoming trip listed.
In going back to check this (while typing the previous paragraph) so I could describe it accurately, it's logged me out. Clearly something buggy going on. |

It keeps changing my location between screens too, although upgrade availability that someone mentioned had all disappeared a few days ago seems to be back.

more website issues today
advanced search is not working again. I have had this happen before. clicking add city when trying to add a new segment is knackered up. I just get an error message Please complete all fields before adding another leg to your journey tried on 3 different browsers today..... typical as i need to book a multi segment flight today |

Did you first select dates for all previous segments? Multi-city worked fine for me earlier but it only lets you add a city if you've added dates to all previous segments
It seems ok this morning again. So I can at least book my flight tonight |
