How about YYC or YYZ?

Dug this thread up in a Google search, because the front page article on FT today made me doubt myself.

Sadly, not so hard to believe that the FT admins/editors/whoever didn't catch DBX in both the scrolling headline AND body text of the story...

DBX is a common "error" but not a big problem. You will have one if you want to go to ICN- Seoul and put in INC - Yinchuan as both are in the EK network :D

What...? I've never seen those two mixed up, and IMO it would be difficult to make that mistake.

I've never been able to work out how people mix up DBX and DXB. Do they think its like LAX or PDX or something?

I once had a check in agent at SIN routing SIN-HND-GMP, try to check bags through to SEL.

SEL is actually for all airports in and around Seoul.
