Chauffeur Service at MXP
 
I will be flying FC JFK-MXP and I wanted to use the chauffeur service to transfer to LIN which is well within the mileage requirements. However EK has informed my TA that the chauffeur service is not available airport to airport regardless of the distance. Is this correct? If so does anyone know the reason for that policy? Thanks.

Just book it online to an address close to the airport area and once you get into the car instruct the driver of a change of plans.

The rejection by EK sounds like from a misinformed service agent who may have based their response on the policy for NY where LGA->JFK transfers are explicitly not permitted.

I was actually able to book it on-line myself using Linate Airport's address so I think you are correct surmising that it was a misinformed service agent.

We got that 1 too homebound, same day! Chaufeur said it was 3 weeks old. Pouring with rain so didn't stop to identify the model on the back tailgate. It was very comfortable inside Charlton always provide an excellent service form GLA imho

Traveling in F from IAD, had a Lincoln town car. Driver was waiting outside 15 minutes early, no traffic on the way, no lines at IAD, from my front door in Bethesda to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse in under 45 minutes!

Do you know the name of the company - or will Emirates give me a phone no so I won't fear being stranded 45 miles away and miss the only flight of the day?

I received a confirmation on manage my bookings, but I always like to confirm myself. Thanks!;)

Can anyone help!

We are arriving in Colombo on 3 Feb in Business class.

Can we book a car from the airport to our Colombo hotel.

We are not useing the car service at any other airport.

Emirates doesn't offer chauffeur service in Colombo. See here.
