EK435 query
I appreciate it's a while ahead, but I checked the flight status (I do it once a month or so) for my homebound flight AKL-DXB on 2 Feb next year.
Same flight no, same seat allocation, same departure time, only difference is the arrival time is 5 mins later. However the chauffeur booking from Auckland city to the airport has disappeared. Should I be concerned, or will this right itself closer to my departure from the UK on 31 Dec? Jewels |
Any change like this has to be "acknowledged" by the passenger. Best to call them and acknowledge it and any hiccups like this should clear.

+1 for calling them. One of my upcoming flights had changed timing and as a result seat assignments etc were all unconfirmed on that sector. I called EK and was told that i would have been sent an e-mail at some point but since I'd asked everything was reconfirmed and a new e-ticket issued - all for a 20 min schedule change.
