Anyone else seeing this problem? I found out three hours ago that I need to fly to India for a one day meeting... Trying to buy some miles to upgrade and no joy. Online checkin is also broken and Skywards logon works about 1 in 10 times.

They're whole online reservations and payment system is down. You'll have to call them to get anything done...but they cannot take any credit card payments at the moment. You may be able to get them to book your flights and have you purchase them at the airport.

You can't even buy miles over the phone...
 

...checked in in YYZ - Upgrade available C-->F. I was 8k miles short. They called Skywards and Skywards said "miles purchases over the phone are not possible for the next 7-10 days, please try the website". The website bombs saying "please call Manchester or Dubai". No one could help me, hence, no upgrade. Good times here with EK IT.

Managed to upgrade to J for my trip in May. Took 3 phone calls to EK ..Their payment system is also down which means that I have not been able to pay the extra APD yet. Will probably pay it at the airport in May :D.
