Baggage Mishandled by EK (resolved)

Hi

My case arrived with a broken zip and lock. I went over to the baggage desk and the case was replaced on the spot with a new one!

Impressive service.

Excellent indeed...

What I don't understand is the "zip" part...;) I don't consider anything using a zip for closure to be airline-suitable luggage...:eek:

(I wish Samsonite still made the old style hard shells!!!)

They had your exact model available? :confused:

Or, did you accept some oddball replacement? Or, did you get a better case?
