Yep. And in an airport like MEL, where the EK lounge is right beside the QF F lounge (both upstairs with great views of the airport), its going to be perfect.

I must admit that was how I saw it - and with your inside knowledge I'm sure you'd know.

Am guessing that those will be the benefits too.... hardly good PR to run a teaser like that and then only give some of them! Once again though, am guessing you can confirm that eightblack?

It does look good, nice set of benefits there, some which will be quite useful too for J passengers (currently Gold doesn't give you a lot when you are flying J).

No benefit for me, as I'll only earn around 80K a year, but that's no reason for me not to appreciate it for what it gives more frequent flyers than myself (I never understand people who have a go at people complaining about poor benefits etc, just because they can't get those benefits). Plus you never know, maybe I'll one day meet a Platinum holder who's on my flight and can let me be their guest into the F lounge ;)

I can imagine HKG will become a bit of a gong show at the QF F lounge.
