Flying to the US you have to clear customs at first port of entry and take your bags to drop off at the Delta terminal. That is my understanding (and experience) of how it works, though it might be that they tag your bag through and you just drop it back on a baggage belt after customs - I'm not entirely sure.

Is there an interline agreement between EK and CX ? Will one be able to print the boarding pass of the other airline ?

EK to EI (Aer Lingus) [possible?

Is it ok to checkin through my luggage from EK flight to EI flight?

I bought EI cheapest ticket (without check-in luggage) so EK will do this interline for me for free or charged? or I will be asked to pay EI luggage fee at DUB airport?
