Thats the point of gold - you can sign someone into the lounge with you if they are on the same flight... Whty do you need someone else to sign her in? That's what gold is for.

Unfortunately that is not true, Gold and flying in economy is not allowed to take someone with you.

Apologies for the incorrect information folks. I thought I was correct, and in the past I was allowed to sign someone into the DXB T3 lounge when they were flying with me, both of us in economy, the rules must have changed.

Anyone at DXB using the EK lounge the evening/night of 29 October?

I have a Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt (F cabin) 30 October @ about 1.00 AM.

I will be really grateful if someone can help me get inside the First or Business Emirates Lounge.

Would save me from the ultra-crowded LH/Star Alliance lounge with the 747 flight.

I am flexible getting to the airport at whatever time. Will have only carry on - no checked baggage.

Your help will be most appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
