Silver can use another lounge in T1 but it is a long walk from Gold (Business Class) Lounge. About 10+ minutes. Food is inferior. Everything looks old. But not bad though.

Emirates Business Class Lounge (at Gate 122 - Terminal 1) Emirates passengers travelling in Business Class and Skywards Silver members travelling in Economy Class

You will actually find a lot of frequent flyers here in the forum who actually prefer the T1 lounge.
