Sorry if I wasn't clear. I don't mean the CRM side. This is fairly easy to track your top customers by throwing in the parameters you want.

I am talking about the service delivery /customer experience side.

On VIE - DXB, I was the only gold in Y on two occassions..

On DXB - RUH - DXB every fourth pax in Y is Gold. My assumption is that for DOH/ KWI/ BAH/ CAI and the mentioned African destinations, there is always a very high proportion of Golds.

Yes, the flights with a low proportion are the majority. I am not denying that. Just saying that there is a need for a 4th tier.

The migration from Gold to Silver technically should have started for the past months since Flex/ Saver was introduced last year with the effect of skywards members not being able to reach their threshold past April.

yes, but the actual effect of skywards flex and saver (tier miles issue)only started taking effect since past 2 months I believe..
RUH has so many golds in Y ? These MEA sectors earn very less right so is it that all these folks travel very very frequently ?

The issue with RUH in particular is that not a lot of business expats like to live there, a lot of people commute. Yes, a usual 2 class config 77W has 100 out of 400 Y pax.

Not sure about that, I've been on this route quite a few and always got upgraded to J, surely if there were that many golds in Y they would've got the upgrade.

I am taking a look at the pax manifest of the purser often. Maybe it depends on the day? Wed is probably more of a business commuting day (e.g. 30-40 people of my company are departing from RUH on a weekly basis)
