Amenity kits
Hi
I can't figure out the amenity kit policy, are there any rules or is it random? It seems that sometimes they are given, sometimes they have the contents distributed by the FAs in baskets and in some flights they are not available at all. I couldn't get a tooth paste today (had to throw it away before flight, depended on LY for that..) HS |
I already posted on this before..., This is really random,
I had two flight to same place this month, on both one we got kits, On the other the basket was going from one to another... I would like to believe this is due to shortage and not due to the fact EL-AL try to save money.... |

I've tried the new "Contact Us"/"My Applications" mechanics.
I did get a relatively prompt response. The response is received only by mail, in the "My Applications" tab you only see that the issue is closed, impossible to retrieve the question and answer. What's of interest to this discussion though is the actual answer: Thank you for contacting El Al Frequent Flyer club. Following an investigation, I discovered that in the past, business class kits were not distributed to European destinations for financial reasons. After speaking to our prestige customers who fly in business class they requested that we distribute the contents of the kit unpackaged since our customers do not require the entire kit but individual items.
