Lost and Found
 

Is there any number for EL AL Lost & Found? I ask as I left a pair of headphones on a flight from London yesterday. They had an air tag inside the box. The headphones were obviously not spotted by the cleaners at TLV and the aircraft was scheduled to fly to Newark a few hours after arriving in TLV. After not having been "seen" for a good number of hours they were "seen" at EWR. Does that mean I need to claim them from there, or can EL AL handle this?

Update: It now looks as if they are inside the terminal building at EWR, so I guess the aircraft cleaners there are more thorough than those at TLV. Any ideas as to what I could do?

Basically I should fill in the regular customer relations form there? I don’t see a lost & found form there

If in Israel, try to call. Otherwise contact through one of the other methods offered.

Remember, they are going to be short staffed and responses will be longer.
