Bug in Elal reservation system?
 

I am trying to book a new flight. When I get to the stage of wanting to use my existing FF points in order to reduce my fare, the system indicates that my FF number is incorrect or does not match my name. I have checked and the name and number are correct. I checked for extra spaces - there are none. I tried upper case and lower case name. Both don't work. Anyone else encounter something similar?

The Elal Whatapp system is useless since they state they are no longer working:

so when you log into the website, with your existing matmid number, its says that?
For the whatsapp- best way to get a response is to note that you are having technically difficulties booking the flight- usually i get into que.
otherwise you can try calling one of their regional offices.

I had a friend I know in IT support inside Elal fix the bug for me. All good now.
