How long should it take to receive refunds from el al thru my travel agency ? So far it has been one month since the ticket was cancelled .

That's about the timeframe. I once inquired about this and they said it takes 30 days. Didn't end up cancelling, though.

How did you pay? Was it via credit card?
Was the charge through EL AL or thought the TA?
Can you contact your credit card and put through a dispute for the charge?

On 21 November I cancelled an itinerary TLV-VCE afraid that LY might be on strike when I was supposed to travel.
On 28 November the credit for the cancellation appeared on my credit card statement.
