EasyJet Plus Crashes every time I Try to Signup

EasyJet Plus Crashes every time I Try to Signup

Every time I go to signup I get the following:

---------------Oops. That was unexpected...

Error.

There was an unexpected error. Please go back and try again.

I tried changing browsers, changing internet, changing computers, changing countries (physically and with a vpn), changing credit cards, (both my US and EU cards get declined).

Any suggestions about what I'm doing wrong? Anybody signed up successfully lately?

vigoroushello Welcome to FlyerTalk and especially the easyJet branch.

I had exactly this same issue trying to sign my wife up 18 months ago. I was unsuccessful and we gave up. You might have better luck phoning easyJet and see what workaround might be available to you. Please do report back with your success story or otherwise. If you have no joy we might find sone kind soul here may know a solution 👍🏻

Dont you have some special characters (with accent) in your name?
