Rate Code RWUW5 got me the lowest rate with Dollar at IAD
It will also allow you to enter Promotion Code AA12 to get double AAdvantage miles without increasing the cost of the rental (although I think they nail you for FF miles tax).

the box for the codes apparently doesn't appear on the main page anymore. But if you click on "specials" tab, it will bring up a page where you can enter the code in.

I can now see where to enter the promo codes but not rate codes. Is this still possible?
