Over ice, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum and Trader Joe's "light" eggnog (light meaning 110 calories per HALF CUP---who drinks a half cup?) with nutmeg sprinkled and reddi whip.

Trader Joe’s new Diamond Reserve wine from Stags Leap District. Bottle is now empty.

How was it? I'm familiar with TJs platinum reserve Pinots, which are well worth the $15-$20 price point. Diamond is supposed to be a notch better.

There is a lot of good bulk wine out there, due to the drop in restaurant demand. Cameron Hughes, for one, has been selling top of the line Napa cabs for $20 or so per bottle, if you buy a case.

It was very tasty. No defects and a good tannin structure. I tend to not like most California Cabernet Sauvignon as too sweet or solventy, but this one was very tasty. I’m glad I bought a few bottles, with gifting in mind; I don’t think anyone would mind a bottle of this at a holiday party.

500ml glass bottle of Topo Chico, didn't know this size existed. I've only seen 0.2L, 0.35L and 0.75L glass bottles.

Another beer from the Costco beer advent calendar. This one was nice and bitter and complemented the wood fired pizza we made for dinner.

Latte , water and “ Michael Jackson “ , all iced

Was it explained before ?
First had a “ Michael Jackson “ in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia . We were rather befuddled when we were asked if we would like one . Here we were at a drink stand & the guy asked us - good thing our Malaysian who thankfully with us explained .
Half & half “ chin chow “ / grass jelly and soya bean milk - very healthy arguably even nutritious if not too much sugar syrup is added 😉

That is so weird. You're like the 4th or 5th person in Singapore I've known that didn't know what a "Michael Jackson" was. It was a thing back in the early 2000s if memory serves (does that show my age?). Although back then it was a combination of grass jelly and Carnation/evaporated milk. Soy was available as well, but not as common.
