I bet you exercised, too. Good work chamonix and enjoy those fine steaks in moderation. ^

Oh boy...should I eat more red meat, or less...more salmon or less...what about the sugar in my morning coffee...and should I start worrying about my bread, butter vs. olive oil, how I cook my veggies, and how many hours did I take off my lifespan when I had that bowl of ice cream for dessert?

I've stopped obsessing and just try to be a moderate omnivore. If I eat and drink everything, and eat and drink moderately, I figure I'm doing the best for myself. That, drinking lots of water, and taking a multivitamin every day, and I should reach 100 :)

I don't eat animal products. Problem solved.

I eat as much red meat now as I ever have. More when I can find partners in crime who also love a nice bit of medium-rare now and then.

Mmmm...steak!

Does that include eggs as well?
